About Me
Previously, in my IT support roles, I gained valuable experiences with software/hardware maintenance and troubleshooting. Having more than 3 years of experience in IT Support, I am confident in not only resolving technical issues but also providing excellent service to individual clients.
In my current position, I maintain an efficient and high-performing attitude while providing technical support services for faculty, staff, and students. I am also supervising and training a team of 10+ student employees and graduate assistants to manage the labs, classrooms, and departmental IT needs. Furthermore, I maintain and manage the college network infrastructure including 16 Windows & Linux Servers and databases for a variety of services such as file sharing, print services, etc.
